Hope Fest Event Sponsorship Form

The Gilchrist County Prevention Coalition is a 501©(3) nonprofit organization composed of various community members and leaders that all have one goal in mind, to build and sustain a healthy community for our youth, families, and community members. The coalition focuses on providing Gilchrist County with the tools and opportunities needed to build a strong personal foundation for a healthy and prosperous life through the implementation of youth and adult substance use prevention strategies, and academic, vocational, and personal enrichment programming.

Sponsorship opportunities are available. All proceeds will benefit the Gilchrist County Prevention Coalition. We appreciate your support for this event!

Sponsorship Levels

Bronze ($100-299)

• Branded yard sign showcasing your business to attendees

• Logo placement on a featured sponsor display board at the event

• Live acknowledgment during event announcements
  

Silver ($300-499)

• Branded yard sign showcasing your business to attendees

• Logo placement on a featured sponsor display board at the event

• Live acknowledgment during event announcements

• Exposure through event radio advertising campaigns
  

Gold ($500+)

• Branded yard sign showcasing your business to attendees

• Logo placement on a featured sponsor display board at the event

• Live acknowledgment during event announcements

• Exposure through event radio advertising campaigns

Sponsorship commitments can be paid via cash, or a check can be made payable to Gilchrist Prevention Coalition and mailed to 310 NW 11^th Ave. Trenton, FL. 32693.
